Why should I hire Momentum Property Management Group?

We are a full-service property management company with in-house licensed contractors.  We are literally a one stop shop for all your property management needs.

How much will your services cost me?

6-10% of gross monthly lease.


What is your tenant screening process?

We run both criminal background and credit checks on each potential tenant.  In addition, we contact previous landlords and current employers.


How fast can you rent my property?

Typically within 2-4 weeks.

How do you handle your lease contracts?

Our lease contracts range from 1-2 years depending on the owner’s preferences.

How do determine rents?

We do a rental analysis of each new property combined with the market conditions, to best determine the expected rent for a property.  In addition, we do a yearly rental analysis of each property in order to stay on top of market conditions and maximize the rental income for our clients.

What is your eviction process and how long does it take?

This is more of a case by case basis, but our goal is to handle the eviction process in as timely a manner as possible.


What is process for tenants who are moving out?

Tenants are required to give a 30-day notice prior to vacating a property.  Prior to moving out, we do a final walk through of the property in order to determine the condition of the property and to get the property ready for the next tenants.


Are there additional fees for advertising?


How do we get started?

We begin by meeting with clients to determine the type of services that they will require.  We inspect all properties and submit our recommendations of what needs to be done in order to rent the property in a timely manner and provide the best return on investment.

What about security deposits?

How do you handle those?  Security deposits can either be held in a trust account by MPM or it can be given to the owner/client to hold.


How do handle maintenance requests?

We have an extensive list of professional vendors that are licensed, bonded, and insured.  Requests are handled in a timely manner based upon priority and level importance.

Do you have preferred vendors & contractors and how do you determine them?

We do have a preferred vendors and contractors that handle repairs and services for our clients and tenants. We have developed relationships with these service professionals through years of great service.

What specific areas do you cover?

Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County.

How involved do I have to be?

We are a full-service property management company and our goal is to provide a hassle free, cash flow experience for each and every client.
